German Translations for American Audiences.
Good question. I’ll keep it short (just like me).
Check out my LinkedIn profile.
I have done a lot of translations when I first started working in the U.S. as an employee. And to be honest, some of my translations weren’t as stellar as they should have been. Because I was new to America, new to the culture, and my thinking was still ‘too German.’ It’s a common mistake. It has taken me years to hone my craft and my awareness. ‘In-house’ translations may be cheaper – but at what cost? Really think about what a bad translation says about your business.
If you’re into individual focus (it’s just you and me), attention to detail (it’s the devil and me), and cultural awareness (it’s all of us), then feel free to contact me.
